Mr. Ete Pinnick is a people coach and passionate about building talent, team engagement and cultural transformation. He was Snr supply chain director, sub-Sahara Africa, Mondelez International. Before joining Mondelēz, Ete held leadership roles at Unilever Nigeria Plc, where he served as Global Supply Chain Director. In this capacity, he managed supply chain operations across Nigeria, East, and Southern Africa, integrating regional supply chains into a global framework and fostering accountability and efficiency. His tenure also involved serving on the Unilever Nigeria Board as an Executive Director and contributing to the Unilever Africa Supply Chain Leadership Team. He is a member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria Society of Nigeria and the member council for the regulation of engineering in Nigeria. He is disciplined, analytical, self-motivated, and data-driven and believes everything is possible . He has extensive experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, and power industries. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos and membership in the Nigeria Society of Engineers, Ete combines technical knowledge with strategic insight to deliver impactful results. Known for his expertise in global sourcing, demand forecasting, and talent development, he continues to shape the future of supply chain management in SSA through his commitment to transparency, sustainability, and innovation.

Ogaga Ologe is an accomplished finance executive and chartered accountant with extensive experience in financial management, business strategy, and corporate governance. His career spans over two decades across industries, including FMCG, manufacturing, telecommunications, aviation, and IT. He began his career at KMG, gaining expertise in auditing, IFRS conversion, and financial due diligence for multinational corporations. He later spent over a decade at Cadbury Nigeria Plc (a subsidiary of Mondelez International), holding key leadership roles, including Finance Director, Finance Controller, and ISC Finance Controller for West Africa. During this time, he led financial transformation initiatives, revenue growth management (RGM), and compliance with IFRS and US GAAP standards. He also served on the Board of Cadbury Ghana Limited, providing strategic financial oversight. Now serving as Executive Director/Chief Finance Officer at PHED, Ogaga drives corporate finance in the power sector, leveraging financial innovation to enhance efficiency, risk management, and strategic planning. A chartered accountant (ACA, 2008) with a B.Sc. in Physics from Delta State University, he has further honed his expertise through executive programs with McKinsey & Company and the Mondelez SPARK Leadership Program. He is married with a son and enjoys TV series and football.

Engr. Obinna Okeke is a results-driven professional with over 10 years of experience in the Electricity Industry. With a Doctorate in view, Engr. Okeke has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership in strategic planning, and operational management. He worked as a trainee engineer with Rural Electrification Agency between 2012 - 2016, perfecting the basics of network, project planning, and execution. After his stint at Skyrun Metering Services as a process and quality engineer, he began his career in PHED as a graduate trainee where he quickly distinguished himself. He was at the Garden City Main Integrated Business Center (IBC), as Minor Works Engineer (Now Project Engineer), an MIS Officer to the Technical Partner/Super Head, Technical MIS Officer in Garden City Industrial, and Technical Assistant to the Project Management Office in 2019. He was part of the team that designed the Performance Improvement Plan between 2019 and 2020 and a pioneer member of the MO-Strategy technical team. Approved by NERC as Head of Strategy and Collection Monitoring in 2022, he received the Reliability Award in 2023 and became Ag. Chief Strategy Officer. Beyond his career, Engr. Okeke lives by his faith and enjoys board games, traveling, and networking.
